We have members from all over the world; competing, helping, and challenging each other to achieve personal and ECB goals.

There is No Me in ECB only We. Everyone is treated equally. We play no favorites. We need everyone committed to achieving Our club goals. If you want to get the most from our club Culture following our website is step one.

To be clear and reiterate Club Standards in five (5) key points:

​

1. Have Fun and Enjoy the Process - Life is short and we assume you are in the club to play and compete. If not there are other options available within WGT. We should always do our best, otherwise, it's a waste. 

2. Use Free Daily XP Club Pass - Daily, but at a minimum whenever you are playing. Keeping your consecutive days played is easy. Play a closest to the hole match, a low coin game, or a 3-hole quick practice. 

3. Weekly Average Production - 2000 to 3000 XP points weekly. This helps you move up tiers and levels, which allows for unlocking new equipment options and helps us as a club. 

4. Clash - We are first and always will be a "Clash Club". If you have questions on specifics, ask before or after Clash. Telegram communication allows for easy access to asking questions anytime. 

5. Clash Participation - Each Member of the Club is expected to play 10 Rounds over the 48 Hours of Clash Competition to remain in good standing. You will find those that are dedicated to our club will play far more than the minimum of 10, we would encourage you join the ranks and help your team as much as possible!

6. Clash consists of (Eleven (11), Four (4) Hour Sessions, and is played every two (2) weeks).

Team and Individual Clash results will be posted on this website (blog) and Telegram for everyone to review every Clash. Ranking individual Clash point production and rounds played. 

​

If you are unable to play a Clash or are unable to achieve the outlined expectations, please message me and at least one of our directors listed below. Communication is critical to the success of any venture. I know if I were to miss a Clash I would communicate with our leadership group and the entire Team. I expect the same courtesy. 

​

Lastly, if you will be away from WGT for more than seven (7) days please message me. Any time more than that is a red flag. 

​

Activity and a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) are critical components of Our Culture. Encouraging and helping your teammates... pay it forward. If you are confused about anything listed above ask. Please have Fun!
